Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Why isn't my math rendering properly?
Math rendering uses MathJax which loads on demand. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended).
Is Mathmatix really free?
Every student receives a baseline of free tutoring access. If families want to go deeper or unlock special features, those options are available, but all students have a path to get help.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG) and PDF files. File size limits vary by plan.
How do I enable dark mode?
Toggle dark mode from the sidebar settings or the Settings page. Your preference is saved automatically.
